On 2-3 May 2009, the Asia Pacific Research Network (APRN) and its members in Indonesia took the lead in organising the Asia Pacific Peoples’ Tribunal on ADB in Bali, Indonesia.

In this said event, the people of the Asia Pacific Region pronounced the ADB GUILTY along with the Governments of the United States of America, Japan Republic of the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Sri  Lanka, and Pakistan for being jointly liable to the vicious impacts brought by the ADB projects to the lives of the people.
